I was invited a few months ago to join the premium family suscription. When I accepted my invitation and place the code that was sent to me, comes a message thats sais than it can't be used. I have the email from spotify with the code and I havent used it, what can I do to join my family

I have the invitation code if you need it and also de account number of who is taking care of the payment

Tell the Family Admin to resend you the invite to your registered email address.

If your Premium, you need to cancel and become Free again before joining a Family plan.

Does my family really need to cancel their account and start over with a free one??? It said their account would roll over into the family plan with all their saved stuff!

No need to cancel and start over. They can use the same account they have right now.
