Free trial from unlimited to premium, is converting back possible?

Hi,

I'm thinking about trailing the premium version of Spotify. I currently have an unlimited account. If i didn't use the premium account like i thought i would, and want to convert back to unlimited, is this possible?

Looking of the main page there only shows free and premium, so i just want to make sure before i change something that is undoable.

Are you free to upgrade to premium from unlimited and then downgrade back to unlimited as you like from your online account. It used to be the case any unused unlimited days would be converted to 1/2 the number of premium days when you upgraded but I am not sure if that is the case. If you downgrade from premium back to unlimited, your account will remain on premium until your next bill at which stage you will be billed for unlimited (and your account will go back to unlimited).
