Got charged after cancelling premium

Got charged after cancelling premium

I cancelled my premium subscription one day before it was about to end but the next  day i still charged for it.

I cancelled on 24 november 2015 and got charged on the 25 th.

Help me please.

Have you received a confirmation email about cancelling your subscription?

  • If not, you probably didn't complete the cancellation process. Please cancel your subscription again here. Refunds are only available within 14 days after paying for Premium and provided you haven't accessed Spotify. To receive a refund, please contact Spotify support using their Facebook, Twitter or contact form. If they will reply with a no-reply email, reply to it, even though it is a no-reply.
  • If yes, please contact them too. You should get a refund even if you have accessed Spotify.

I don't have a confirmation email in my inbox but I'm sure that my account is not on Premium,because if it was, it woudn't say "You're currently Spotify Free" when i click on the first of your links.
