Hi,

 

I cancelled my subscription and I am pretty sure it has expired after my last payment, but I still on premium now, and has no way to cancel it.

 

And when I want to "stay premium", I simply cannot add my credit card. The system keeps tell me that the bank has a bad day.

 

Could you help me please? Thanks

1. Did you get a cancellation confirmation email when you cancelled? 

2. Are you signing in with the account that got the cancellation confirmation email?

3. Are there any other email addresses you could have used to create an account?
