How do I stop a my credit card payment on an account I don't have access to?

Should I dispute the charge via my bank or perhaps this is something Spotify will help me with?

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

Spotify will most certainly help you if, but you will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to deal with your request. Billing issues can't be dealt with here on the community due to the private nature of the details involved.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

Incidentally, disputing the charge will result in the account being disabled until you sort things out with the payments team.
