Huge problem chaning my details

Hi, a long time ago i created my spotify account with a certain email for it which microsoft offcourse locked and as i forgot my details i havent been able to recover it.. and the problem is i dont remember the password for the spotify account either and can't reset it bacause of my lack of acces to my mail. Luckly i connected the account to facebook many years ago and have ever since used facebook to log in. Can anyone please find me away around the change the account info to example the mail and password i use for other things and some other contact info as mobile number etc.
