I am not able to change my country

I am from Brasil, bu my account is registered as US. I already found the steps to change countries, but the problem is that i do not have the option to change when I access my account. I really don't know what to do next.

This is currently a known issue and Spotify is looking into this. This should be fixed soon.
I will forward your issue to the staff. They will reach out to you here. They may able to change the country for you.
