Had the premium service Spotify using card payment but an overnight started telling me there's a problem with my card, once finished the subscription I tried to upgrade to premium with 4 different cards and I still can not, cards are Visa. I wonder if this function normally service or other solution can be obtained. And 2 days I am without premium Account ...

The problem persists, gave me a Premium month (actually I appreciate), but I tried with 6 Other Memory (Visa) of different banks and also a MasterCard and still can not pay premium. A family wants to join and want to use the Premium Family but we can not by this problem. I really do not understand how I can be complaining you can not pay !!
Try per ticket and give me obvious solutions, or already are in Asks systems.
Try all different browsers, incognito mode, from the cell, from several pcs, tmb was told could be that the card has blockeo but not so because I tried with a payment card that also Netflix and have no problem.
I hope some solution ...

El mensaje de error: Vaya, parece que su tarjeta o proveedor de pago están teniendo un mal día. No te preocupes, no se carga el pago. Inténtalo de nuevo o utilice otro método de pago.
Hice 2 entradas para el apoyo y aún no tengo respuesta.

El problema persiste, me dieron un mes Premium(realmente lo agradezco), pero he intentado con 6 tajetas(Visa) de bancos diferentes y tambien un una MasterCard y sigo sin poder pagar premium. Un familiar se quiere unir y queres usar el Premium Family pero no podemos por este problema. Realmente no entiendo como puedo estar quejandome por no podes pagar!!

Contrate SPOTIFY PREMIUM familiar. Me acaba de llegar un mail que les daba tristeza que lo hubiera cancelado, lo cual yo NO hice. Lo he tratado de de reactivar con diferentes tarjetas de crédito y me dice que mi tarjeta o proveedor están teniendo un mal día y no me hacen cargo. Mis hijos están desesperados sin su música. Que hago, quien me ayuda?
