I have Premium but I cant download any music

Its impossible to download music though I have Premium. Why is it so?

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂 

When you say download music, what do you mean?

Spotify premium lets you sync your playlists for offline usage inside the Spotify client which you can do by pressing the "Available Offline" slider at the top of the playlist. It does not allow you to download tracks as mp3's. You used to be able to do this through the downloads store, which you had to pay for each track (was not included in your subscription) but this feature has been removed.

i fully know that permiem is not mp3! I currently am having this prombelm, i can not currently download (add any more music that i can play in offline mode) What is going on!? Help me!
