I have a typo in my username...

I've typed my username with a typo and started preemium trial already. Can I change my username?

Hello!

 

I'd recommend you to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form.


If you get an automated reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply address). This way one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

Thank you for the info. When I tried to look at help section, I couldn't find such a form, the link was in the about us section. I'd have to say it's pretty neatly "camouflaged". ๐Ÿ˜›

And some things I saw here made me think that this is the place I contact them. I was wrong.

 

Thanks to you though, now I can contact them.

Usernames cannot be changed.

 

You will have to create a new account and use the trial on that account.
