I have canceled my premium subscription and Im still being charged

I brought the 99p deal on christmas to get 3 months of spotify premium, it ended at the end of march and i got charged for march, so at the end of april i canceled my subscription, but then i was still charged, i rang my bank to find out i was also charge on the 2nd and the 7th of april for premium, so it charged me for three months worth of premium which i have not recieved, and when i look onto my spotify recipt it does not show up, i would like my money back, and to know why i was charged?

Shoot a message over to customer support. If you get an automated response back directing you to the help pages, even if it's from a no-reply, shoot them a message back and you'll get some help as soon as someone is availible to do so. Since there's no receipt I'd try and get a copy of your bank statemants so you have some proof that you were indeed charged.
