I'm paying for a subscription but only have free acces

I'm paying for the monthly subscription. I had to reinstall the app on my phone and now when I log in its asking me to upgrade. I'm not having access to my paid subscription. I've emailed customer service and I've received no response!!!!!!

Im paying for premium but only receiving free. When I logged out and logged back in, al of my playlist were gone, and I still don't have premium. It's charging my account every month..help
