I was about to go ahead and get the $9.99 for 3 months but i would't let me

I was about to go buy the $9.99 for 3 months offer but i got this message, " Unfortunately you are ineligible for the offer you were looking for. Don't worry, here's another offer we have just for you." I have had spotify premium in the past and had to cancel, i hope this doesnt mean i cant use this offer. It would be great to know what is going on and if i can still use this offer, thanks!

Hi @MysticFlame2000, welcome to the community!

 

Unfortunately if you have subscribed to the Premium or Unlimited service or have taken a 30-day free trial offer or 60-day free trial offer previously, you are ineligible for this offer. You may also be ineligible if you have taken other previous trial offers offered by Spotify.

it wouldn't let me use any offer other than the family or student...

That's because you've already used once - It's just a trial offer...

So what would you reccomened that i do, concidering that my last offer i used was the $0.99 for 3 months i can now not use this offer...

Well @MysticFlame2000,

 

I recommend you sign the regular Premium, or try to gather with someone from your family and get the Family Plan!

I had the same problem, but mine was worst, because I havn't had any notification about I'm not eligibly for the offer. I simply payed for the premium thinking that the 3 month offer would be enabled by default. Now I just have one month of subscription and I have payed 9.99 €.

 

Anyway, why Spotify offers me something that I cannot buy???? Is so absurd, tricky and bad implemented.

 

I'm angry because I feel cheated for Spotify, a service that I used to enjoy a lot : (

I was notified of the offer by email. I clicked on the email and, I also, got upgraded to premium but only for one month. I didn't get warned that I was ineligible. I was cheated, absolutely. Other than this forum, I can't find any way to inform Spotify or get an explanation, or refund.
