Just got charged $9.99 for premium when I canceled months ago

So I just looked at my bank account and spotify charged me another $9.99 for premium when I canceled sometime back in march or april (I think)

I also found 3 more $9.99 charges in my bank statement on 4/06/15, 4/25/15, and 5/25/15

I'm not sure why I'm still being charged when I canceled a while ago. Even logging into spotify it says I have spotify free. I honestly barely use spotify anymore and just didn't notice the charges I guess. I have a spotify account that uses my facebook to login and I have a seperate one with a username/password but I checked both and they're both shown as using spotify free.

Please fix this I want my money back.
