Losing sync tracs on laptop

Hello!

I'm using Spotify Premium and I keep losing my synched tracs (once or twice a month), so I cannot play my music offline until I've synched all the songs again. Is there a way I can fix that?

I currently live in Africa and synching my music can keep up to two/three days (yep, connection is this bad over here), so it's quite annoying to lose everything so frequently: at the end of the day I'm paying a subscription.

Have you seen a trend on when this usually happens? Like, could it be that on your subscription-renewal day your downloaded music gets deleted? Do you pay on your own every month or are you being charged automatically?

Hi Carina,

I don't think it's related to anything in particular... Sometimes it happens twice in the same week and then it's ok for three weeks for example, so there's no regular pattern! I get charged automatically each month.
