Mail for password creation never received

I've a device where there is no Internet browser nor Facebook application (or access). 

My premium account was created through Facebook.

So, I've tried to create a password for devices, and then click on the button to have the mail to create the password.

I've tried two times, but I never got an email for creating the password.

What should I do to connect on a device with no browser nor facebook access.
