Move premium to other account

I have two spotify accounts:

One with my old facebook

One with my new facebook.

I want to delete my old facebook, but I have about 2 or 2.5 months of premium on it.

I tried to change the facebook account linked with my spotify, but it wasn't in preferences like the support said.

It'd be great if I could have some way to transfer my remaining premium to my new account.

Any help is appreciated, thanks!

Unfortunately, it's not possible to transfer subscriptions. However, if you were looking to move over to a fresh account you should certainly reach to our teams at this link and they'd be more than happy to help and explain how to proceed.

If you do reach to these guys, make sure to reply back to the automated reply and it'll make sure the right team get on to thihngs for you. Also, let me know the 8 digit case # and I can make sure things are kept on top of too 🙂
