Music tracks keep stopping and starting

Music track stop and start with pauses lasting sometimes more than a minute.  And recently, Spotify is taking forever to boot up, and once up takes several minutes to load my playlists.  I have tried every suggestion Spotify has posted to remedy these problems, but nothing has worked. This has been an ongoing problem for months now.  I can't continue to shell out $10 a month for a service that never works properly. If Spotify can't come up with a permanent solution to these problems before the end of the month, I will be canceling my subscription.
