My account has been deactivated?

My account has been deactivated?

When I go to log into my spotify account through facebook, it says that my account is unavailable. I received an email saying that my card payment did not go through and therefore, my account has been deactivated. But on the web browser I tried to access my payment to change my payment information but I can't even get into my account info. How can I fix this?? I just want to be able to change my card information so that I can pay to get access to my monthly premium account 😞
