My account is HACKED

so my premium account got hacked!! 

they changed my e-mail adress so now i can't log in or change the adress or password.

no way for me to contact support becouse they will reply on the hackers e-mail!

I'm lost and i wounder how secure your system is when they can change the e-mail without any confirmation from the owner of the account?

Is this the end of my spotify life? 

btw still connected by facebook so thats a +!

I'd recommend you to contact support directly using this anonymous contact form.

With this contact form you can reach them without access to your Spotify account or the email that was used to create that account.

If you receive an automated email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.
Support usually answers within 24-48 hours.

Do you still have acess to your account?

If you do, change your password again here to something that you've never used before and it complex. Once you reset your password they should be signed out. If not, you can try clicking "sign out everywhere" in your account overview.

Do you still have access to the email address used to create the Spotify account?

If you do, constantly check for any replies from support.

If you don't, then I'd recommend you to send a DM to @SpotifyCares on Twitter.

In the DM, describe your problem and be sure you mention the email address of your hacked Spotify account.

They should get back to you soon asking for some specific info to verify it is your account.
