My account is compromised, how can I get it back?

My account is compromised, how can I get it back?

The email linked to my Spotify account is a completely unfamiliar one. It says that my email is miles@swanson.com (which it is not) and it will not let me change it. It says to edit my Facebook account information to change my Spotify email, but I have multiple times and the Spotify email does not change. I do not know if my SPotify support questions have been annswered becasue the responses would have been sent to the miles@swanson.com email that is not mine. Please help!

I suggest you contact support using this alternantive contact form so they can help you. There should be a place to specify a contact email so that you will for sure get the replies

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

 

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
