I received an ad saying that I could get premium for $9 (ARS) for three months.
I use my visa credit card and when I clicked ok it said that this offer couldn't be claimed because the card was used in the past for the free premium trial.
However, the credit card was charged anyway.
I want to get my money back OR get the three months premium.
Please let me know how to proceed.
Thanks.
I've got this same issue.
I suscribed today my brother's account to a premium status. No problems.
Then decided to upgrade my account too. When I tried to do so, I was told this offer couldn't be claimed because the card was used in the past for the free premium trial.
Still, I was billed THREE times and Premium status is not showing up in my account.
It's pretty annoying not to have a telephone to reach local Spotify Team for some guidance/help.
Still waiting for a solution...
I created a ticket and also contacted them via twitter but they are not responding.
Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
If you still have not gotten a reply:
Did you get a confirmation email from the contact form? It should be similar to "Spotify Support Case #XXXXXXX". If so, reply back to that email and tell them you still need help.
If you got an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it saying you still need help, even if it's from a no-reply address.
If you never got an email, look in your spam folder to see if there is an email in there. Make sure you are checking the email account you used to sign up to Spotify. You can check the email on your account here.
Hello,
So I am having a similar problem. I was purchasing spotify premium when my phone crashed and refreshed the page. My card was still charged for the purchase, but I do not have premium. I have no clue how to solve this issue what so ever. Please help.
