My premium will not left listen to music offline

I have upgraded to premium today. Order # 210748828253070. It will not allow for me to listen to music offline. I have tried the recommendation. Turn off turn back on and a clear re-installation. Still nothing works. I even put it in offline mode still nothing.

Hi @DECHELLE1. To clarify, you have set your desired playlists to being available offline and provided enough time for all of the songs to download as per the directions in this FAQ? The issue persisted so then you tried to restart your device and re-install your device? Please let me know. Cheers!
