NUS Student Discount Problems

I recently had a problem with getting through to the NUS page so I could input my card details to gain my discount. This was fixed thanks to the support team. But now that I can get through to that page I'm unable to submit my card details, I opened up another case over 48 hours ago and they've not replied to me.

My problem:

When I get through to this page I input my details, but when I go to click the submit button the webpage loads, flashes white but then doesn't progress, and instead leaves me on that page without my details in the boxes.

Nice to know now. I was told my student signup was successful. Now that I have been Billed full price, I see that it was not successfull. Have already raised it with customer service. Just awaiting a reply
