No Mail for Device Password

Hello, I've repeatedly tried to set a device password for my account but unfortunately I receive no Email for this.

I've just subscribed to premium and this leaves no good impression for Spotify.. 

And yes, I've checked my spam folder already, so this is no solution 😞

I solved this by changing my facebook email and waiting for the new mail show up on my spotify profile. After that I received the mail for setting a device passowrd

I've just made my first upgrade payment after my trial and i'm having the exact same problem. I can't get it to load on my phone
