No subscription to cancel but getting charged

No subscription to cancel but getting charged

I need help urgently please. I have emailed 4 times with no help. I created an account back in 2013 which I deleted within a week & I have only recently noticed that I am getting charged $11.99 a month. I go in & follow all prompts to cancel but I have no subscription under my username hence why I believe I am being hacked. Please someone help me or I will have to take legal action.

Hey there!

You said you already emailed Spotify.

The only thing you can do right now is to wait. Sending more emails just makes the process slower.

 

They might have already answered. Check your spam folder on your email.


In case you receive an automated email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.
Support usually answers within 24-48 hours.

Hello,

I'd suggest getting in touch with the bank that your account originated from, and informing them of this immediately, so that they can look into it and contact Spotify directly. Also, please attach a screenshot of your Spotify account, indicating your membership status as a "Free User", rather than that of a "Premium" membership holder's.
