Not able to cancel Premium...

I sign into the spotify page to update my information and cancel the premium account, click on the update button and nothing happens doesn't take me to any page that allows me to cancel. Iv emailed with no response back as well.

To cancel your subscription, you need to sign into this page:

If you don't see a cancel option,

You might have subscribed to premium through the iPhone or iPad app.

To cancel your subscription, you need to cancel it from iTunes. Your subscription is being handled by Apple.
