Notifications are always only about one genre

The notifications that spotify sends me via email or via the app recommending or inforing me of new releases are always about the same genre:

Sleep sounds

Relaxation

Meditation

I have several playlists and one is a chill out playlist with these kind of tracks in it.

I also have playlists with pop, metal, rock, classical, all kinds of different genres. I also follow all kinds of different people, playlists, etc. with all different kinds of genres. Yet, the only tracks or albums I ever receive notifications about are for 'sleep sounds' or 'relaxation' etc.

Why is this? WHy do I not get recommendations or notifications about any of the other kinds of tracks I have in my playlists or people I am following?
