I attempted to restart my spotify student membership yesterday, and my account is still showing "free." My credit card shows that it was hit for $5.34 by spotify, however my membership is still not activated. I've tried every recommended step (logging out/logging in, etc.) to no avail. Any help please? I'm going on a road trip tomorrow and was hoping to use my offline playlists.

Spotify Support can look into this for you :). You can contact them through one of these channels:

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.Spotify Support usually replies within 48 hours. Fastest support channel is Twitter.

Is your account created through Facebook? If so, please try logging in directly by pressing the "Login with Facebook" button.

Tried this, it says that I do not have a Spotify account connected to my Facebook.
