Paying with Skrill / Neteller card

Hi,

I tried to get a subscription the other day using my Skrill card but I was asked to change my location beacuse the card was handled out by an UK bank (actually an e-wallet service) and I am not living in the United Kingdom. Is it possible to use it somwhoe without changing my location in my account settings?
