Payment issue ( double amout )

Hi there ! My payment is charged for $13.98 every month and it's double of the price . I would like to know why it is being charged for twice the amount every month . I need a solution here ! Thank you 🙂

Select these options: Subscription -> I've been charged twice -> I still need help
If they will reply with a no-reply email, reply to it, even though it is a no-reply.
