Premium Account - Facebook Deactivated - Cannot Log In

I have a premium account and I recently deactivated my Facebook account, which was linked to my Spotify account. When I logged into Spotify, it reactivated my Facebook account. So I went back and deactivated it again. I cannot log in at all to my Spotify account now. I had to create a new account just to post this message. I want to continue to use Spotify, but I do not want to keep my Facebook active to do so. 

I need help to log back in and cancel that account linked to my Facebook.  This is unacceptable to me.
