Premium Account doesn't work for more than one listener at a time...

Whenever my daughter and i listen offline to our playlists at the same time, one of us get cut off, stating there are too many users on account...we have changed our password to no avail...installed latest desktop version, deleted and reinstalled on her Android and my Iphone all to no avail...Spotify support is noot responding to our emails...anone here have any ideas?

You should really have 2 seperate accounts if you are both using the service 😉 

Are you manually forcing the clients into offline mode so they don't connect to the internet? Spotify only allows you 1 active streaming seasion (online) per account as they are only licensed for personal use.
