Premium Subscription Not Working

I am aware that some premium users were recieving free. However the message on the Spotify help page is no longer up and I am still recieving free even though my account subscription says I have premium.

My problem was finally fixed by support, also, I didn't just subscribe, I've been subscribed for a year.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

 

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

I tired the 30 day premium trial, spotify sent me a reciept at my email, i understand that it will automatically charge me if i will not cancel my subscription before the due date, but its only a few minutes since i tried the 30day premium trial and i cant play the songs i want already, it keeps telling me i need to get premium account! it is very annoying, im willing to pay but why cant i use the 30 day free trial first?

My problem was finally fixed by support, also, I didn't just subscribe, I've been subscribed for a year.

Just realized that answer was for someone else... Derp.

This is the message I get when I try to upgrade I can't update my payment details or anything.

Unfortunately, there is no support at the moment to make this type of change to your subscription. Contact our customer service team who can help you further.

I decided to leave Spotify. I loved Spotify but I was having a payment problem. I have tried 3 different cards and emailed customer service but no response. I have spent too much time on trying to make a payment. Goodbye Spotify.
