Problem with my new account

I sent message to support but nobody answered me.

A long time ago I created account via facebook and one day I wanted unlink spotify and facebook. So I did it but before I set new password. After that I lose my account with all playlist. 

Now I want to back to spotify with new account but I can't create it by my email (which is linked with fb account). Can you help me?

Maybe is a chance to recover my old account (I have id and I prefer this option)?

Im not a Spotify Employee.

No, I don't have. I saw only standard message.
I have not received even a confirmation email that I sent message to support. I'm from Poland so maybe it works differently?
