Robbed by spotify

I never gave my credit card details, I never requested a preimum account and I'm being charged by Spotify Premium London for 6.99€ for 6 months!

Did anybody had the same problem?

Not sure why you decided to post to Spotify instead of just informing your credit card company of a fraudulent transaction?

I did it... Just checking if somebody else had this problem. What is really difficult to understand, is how did they get access to my credit card details!

You should get in touch with the spotify support team by using the online contact form or by tweeting @SpotifyCares on twitter. 

If you get an auto reply back directing you to the help pages, just reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the employees will get back to you as soon as possible.
