Someone is using my account

I've had a premium account for 3 years and about 2 months ago "viktors iphone" started showing up in my devices. Whoever this is they are piggy backing my account. And every day at about 11am eastern time i get a notification asking me to play music here or to continue.

I have no idea who this is and I tried to change my password but today we had a 10 minute battle over where my account was going to be played. This needs to stop now.

I would have called but spotify has no way of being contacted.

Hello and welcome.

At first please disconnect all devices from your account.

https://www.spotify.com/uk/account/overview/

Press "Sign out everywhere". And then please contact support.

or Twitter @SpotifyCares

If support replies you to check community for a solution or if you received your case number (#XXXXXXXX), please reply back even if there is "no reply" tag and tell that you still need help. If your inbox is empty please check spam.

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

If my post helped you to fix your problem, please press "Accept as Solution" button.

EDIT: Someone got here before me, thats embarrassing.

That sounds really serious if someone is trying to hack into your account, which probably involves a lot of private information. I would immediately log out on all of your devices. Then my next suggestion would be to use the contact form here. If you get a message, even if it is a no-reply message, I would suggest replying to it, and someone should be able to sort out the issue.
