This playlist is synced and available offline, and I used to have no problem playing these tracks on the mobile version. But for some reason it all of the sudden is telling me these tracks need to synced.

Same for me. One computer in the house has no issue playing songs I own ...... the other one will not. Can anybody advise why this is? I've uninstalled and reinstalled QuickTime and that does not help. The songs will play on my Win8 desktop, but will not on my Win7 desktop.
