Spotify Family Plan Issues

Activated the Spotify Family Plan for my girlfriend, but its not letting her join my plan.

Gives her the error about the gift card or itunes account.

Her and I both, have not used itunes or a giftcard for anything Spotify related.

 HELP.

 (Could it be because my account is payed through paypal?)

Sounds like she might have a subscription that needs to be canceled. Can you send screenshots of both account overviews and the error message you receive when trying to invite her? That will help with identifying the exact issue. Once I have those screenshots I can give the steps to get your accounts linked! 🙂
