Hi,

 

I am a Movistar customer in Spain, I have paired my account with Moistar to my premium account with Spotify. I shoud be charged 4,99 eur /month. Instead, I keep receiving charges every month with the 9.99 eur.

 

How can I solve this?? I have realized this has been occuring for tha last 6 months!!

You should get in touch with the support team using the contact form.

 

Since you're being charged in full, it's possible that MOVISTAR hasn't applied their Premium code on your account.

 

The support team should be able to refund you for the most recent payment and guide you to the next step.
