Spotify Will Not Accept Payment

Hello,

I have been a Spotify Premium subscriber for over a year. Just this month, spotify stopped accepting payments from my credit card. My account will not accept Paypal and it won't even accept a Spotify gift card that I recieved for Easter. Has anyone else had this problem? Any good solutions?
