hey all, was wondering if any one can help? Ive been connected to Facebook and Spotify for ages now, and only today they decided to part ways haha, I can't for the life of me connect the two up...ive tried using my iPhone and desktop still to no avail:( things i've tried so far is, updating my passwords and emails on everything, re-installed spotify on both devices and in facebook removed the app feature...again...nothing:( please help cheers

Hey! Welcome to the community :)
You should be able to fix this easily!
In the desktop application, go to Edit > Preferences > Social Network > Connect to Facebook and then log in using your Facebook details. If it says "Disconnect from Facebook" then your account is already connected to Facebook.
If you can't see that option, it means you are logged into a Spotify account created using Facebook meaning that it will always be connected to Facebook ;)

hey ive tried a of this and none of it works:( I can now log in using both my facebook account details and also original spotify credentials. If i log in using my facebook account details none of my music exsists etc..if i log in using my original spotify details then its all as normal just now unable to connect to facebook, on both my ios device and desktop app, i havnt changed anything prior to the ios device logging out and me relogging in using facebook..again to find that i now have two accounts:S any other suggestions?

Not OP but I'm having the same problem. I use the "Connect to Facebook" section and put my Facebook login and password but when I clock on "Log In" the popup just closes and nothing happens. If I click on "Connect to Facebook" it asks me again for my credentials and so on.
