Spotify premium.

Spotify premium.

Hi, a couple of days ago I received a text to confirm my Spotify renewing to premium for the next month, but this morning my Spotify is telling me I'm only on the free account.
I hope someone can help me with this.

Hi, and welcome to the community!

1) Have you checked your Subscriptions page to make sure you are successfully premium?
2) Try logging out/in and reinstalling Spotify.
3) Make sure you're logging in with the right account; it's very easy to have both facebook and Spotify details!

Hi. I'm having problems with my premium account. You have sent me an email claiming that my payment was not registered, but it has already been charged in my credit card. Plus, when I try to update my payment information again, it says that I can only update to the family premium account and I really don't want to pay for this service. What can I do?

It's saying I'm a free user when I've definately been logging into the right account, I never sign out to be fair. £9.99 was charged to my account on 18th
