Still being charged for Spotify despite cancelling subscription

I cancelled my Spotify Premium in March and have since been charged the monthly fee twice. I have checked that my Premium subscription was cancelled and my account says that I am on Spotify Free. I was paying with PayPal and the regular payment was cancelled when I cancelled Spotify Premium. How do I stop Spotify from taking money out of my account?

Hey @georgiaann,


The first thing to do is check your email for a Confirmation Email. Each user receives one after cancelling their Spotify subscription.
