I have tried all of this. I am paying for Premium. I joined long before 2011. But now it does not work. I am close to giving up. Do I really need to leave Spotify?

Hope you dont give up. Spotify gives me most of the time great joy. But they have, a bit too often, big system problems. It is still worth it for me.

Things works fine here for me now.

Hi PerPremium - I've just taken a quick at your account. It seems your November Premium payment couldn't go through successfully.
