Student Discount Problem

Student Discount Problem

 I attempted to sign up for the student discounted Premium account because I am a current student at Full Sail University. I put in my card information and I was charged the discounted fee. When I filled out the forum to verify I was a student it gave me an error. So I am charged for the subscripion by the status of my account remained unchanged. Can someone help please?

The same thing happened to me, I was charged twice as I tried two different schools I'm currently enrolled at and they were both denied

Were they able to fix it? I am currently in the same situation

I too am experiencing the same problem. I have been charged yet I am still a free member. 

I am experiencing the same problem almost a year later except i got charged 5 seperate times.
