Student Discount - relinking to new account?

Hi,

a few month ago I linked my student discount to one account.

But I decided to make a new one, so I cancelled the first.

My Problem is: how can I relink my discount to my new account? 

Everytime I try to activate it for the new one a message pops up which says that I have linked it already to another account.

Please, can you help me?
