Subscription cancelled

Hi,

 

I canceled Premium on April 27th and i sent feedback as to why i was cancelling, but I just recently got a receipt from paypay that I've paid for another month of premium.

 

Can someone please review this and advise?

It sounds like you didn't complete the cancellation process. Please give that another try via your subscription page. You'll then receive a confirmation email shortly after that.

Hey @saukikwnan,

 

The first thing to do is check your email for a Confirmation Email. Each user receives one after cancelling their Spotify subscription.

I don't have an email in my inbox or spam. I did go through the motions, I know it asked me why, but I'm wondering if that didn't go through?
