Switching from regular paypal to Movistar subscription (SPAIN)

Hi guys,

I'm little bit confused. I'm movistar client and here in spain we have the possibility to contract a special subscription of spotify premium. I'm premium already with paypal so when I changed to Movistar I realized I could save little bit of money by going to spotify.movistar.es

So I cancelled my paypal agreement and once the month was due I went to spotify.movistar.es to subscribe. I got this new subscription confirmed in the spotify.movistar.es web but I still receive spotify messages in regards to my old subscription cancellation stating that my premium suscriptiuon will expire.

Can anyone clarify how it works, will I loose my premium status, Do I have to do anything? As per the movistar suscription is phone number related not email, how it works?
