Switching subscription back from Virgin Media

Hi

 

I previously paid for Spotify via Virgin Media, having taken up their offer a couple of years ago. However I'd now like to unlink the account from Virgin Media, so I'm paying Spotify directly. 

 

I've informed Virgin Media and they told me yesterday that they have unlinked the Spotify account from their side. However as of just now, it's not yet showing up in my Spotify account. In My Account it still says my subscription is paid for via Virgin Media.

 

Is there anything I need to do from the Spotify end? If not, how long will the 'unlinking' take to show up on Spotify?

Thanks for this. Unfortunately that option isn't available, as subscription payment details simply says 'Virgin Media', with the explanatory text:

 

"Your subscription is associated with our partner Virgin Media, please refer to Virgin Media for questions regarding your subscription."

 

Having spoken to Virgin Media, who say they have uncoupled the account, I'm now wondering how long it will take to change in Spotify or if I need to do anything else from the Spotify end.
